公司對7/21網路連線不穩的狀況感到非常抱歉，以下為公司對於當日發生情況的解釋。再次向各位致歉，並期望大家能繼續支持，謝謝。

07/21，HE為了維修以及軟硬體升級而暫停了他們的服務線路。在隔天早上本公司再發現的網路異常線向後開啟了BGP，並完全關閉了HE的網路。在這段期間由於資訊傳遞的連線經由其他網路，所以連線狀態並不是很穩。現在HE的網路已經恢復正常服務，公司並會在接下來的幾天增加其他通往亞洲的連接線路。

On 7/21/2011 HE.net was shutdown while they do their maintanence this maintanence was to upgrade their core router along with software. Within the following morning we turned on BGP where there was a memory leak within the IOS that caused the crashed. We shutdown HE.net where majority of the day connectivity was unstable while it re-routed via alternative provider. As of now HE.net is reactivated and new links to Asia will be added within the following few days.
