You are receiving this e-mail because a VPS you have with us is scheduled for a software upgrade starting at 9AM (Eastern Daylight Time) on July 6th, 2011. This will affect all VPS in our Los Angeles Data Center. Your affected system is listed at the bottom of this e-mail.
Although downtime is expected to be minimal (30 minutes), we cannot give an exact time as to when each node will come down for the upgrade.
If after 45 minutes of downtime, you do not have the service back online, please open a ticket with our support department. Please do not open multiple tickets as this will delay us servicing you and our other clients.
