China Telecom is currently experiencing intermittent latency and packet loss caused by congestion in Mainland China. This is periodically affecting CN2 customers around the world.
DC8 is temporarily rerouting affected IP traffic via Level3 IP transit while China Telecom is fixing their network.
This will get back to normal once China Telecom resolves regional congestion issue.
If you would like to restore CN2 direct connectivity immediately, you can do so by migrating your VPS to DC3. However please note that this may decrease stability of connectivity for you.
We recommend waiting a few days for China Telecom to fix their network.
