I would like to announce that as of today, my company has acquired W4 Networks. I have over 10 years in the hosting industry and own several other hosting businesses. I look forward to stabilizing the business and offering significant improvements in the future.
I know some of you have unanswered support tickets and problems with billing. I will be working on addressing these issues as I gain more control over the business.
All outstanding invoices will be voided and I will be changing the next due date for all accounts to 01/01/2010. You will receive November and December for free as it appears there has been a significant amount of downtime and issues. If there is a certain day of the month you would prefer to be invoiced, let me know and I can certainly change your due date. All PayPal subscriptions have been cancelled as the change of ownership requires us to do so. When you are invoiced in January, please resubscribe at your convenience.
I look forward to serving you all. If you are currently having issues with your VPS, please submit a support ticket and I'd be more than happy to assist. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation.
