Hong Kong Update - We are working as fast as we can to process all pending orders in the Hong Kong Datacentre. This location is currently in extreme demand and we would like to remind all customers who ordered after 09/01/2018 that the current setup time is 7-10 days. We are in constant communication with our datacentre staff and global IP suppliers to ensure we meet this setup time. Please also note that due to an increase in support tickets, there may be a delay in response times. We ask that customers refrain from opening more than one support ticket for the same case and only open support tickets in English.
