钱都从卡里扣走了。今天又退回来了

Paypal 里面的信用卡扣款状态是 拒绝 还是 取消？

又是拒绝又是取消 搞不清楚状况

明显是你的银行拒绝了，如果额度够的话，至少需要八十几元，联系一下银行问问原因吧
