ADguardHome DNS屏不屏蔽tracker域名？

搭建了个远程adg的doh查询
只一天多的时间发现前几个查询的域名几乎都是tracker的域名
需不需要匹配tracker关键词把他们全鲨了？
或者有没有神仙MJJ推荐些好用的屏蔽规则，能在ADguardHome DNS上用的那种

anti-AD就够啦，俺还自定义了一些规则
