甲骨文新政策：闲置实例可能会被回收

之前早有听说，今天友人提醒才发现明确写出来了回收规则。

闲置计算实例的回收：

闲置的始终免费计算实例可能会被甲骨文回收。若 7 天内符合以下情况，甲骨文会将裸金属和虚拟机计算实例视为闲置：

95% 时间的 CPU 使用率不足 10%
网络使用率不足 10%
内存使用率不足 10% （仅适用于 A1 实例，即 ARM 实例）

原文如下：

Reclamation of Idle Compute Instances

Idle Always Free compute instances may be reclaimed by Oracle. Oracle will deem virtual machine and bare metal compute instances as idle if, during a 7-day period, the following are true:

CPU utilization for the 95th percentile is less than 10%
Network utilization is less than 10%
Memory utilization is less than 10% (applies to A1 shapes only)
