1) To finish your order we need a proof of address, which is translated into English and legally attested. For companies hand in a current excerpt from the commercial register or a trade licence in addition.
2) If you also wish to participate in the NON-EU procedure and thus be exempt from VAT, please indicate this directly to us. Please note that a processing for the NON-EU procedure has to be checked intensively and therefore delays the further processing of your order.
