有谁熟悉windsock?

官方的readme 说：
Installation instructions:
unzip the archive (or add it to your CLASSPATH)
run: java windsock.Server
It should start listening on port 1080, and spew gobs of debug info. Then run
your SOCKS client and be happy.

不明白java windsock.Server什么意思？在这个压缩包里，没发现windsock.Server文件。
