ovh美区验证

请问大佬们，我昨晚在https://us.ovhcloud.com/上注册下单了台美西机器，收到要验证身份证和信用卡信息的邮件，注册时选的香港，地址随便填的，信用卡是浦发的EGO虚拟卡，我感觉大概率过不了，就不想提供验证信息，最后它扣的款会退回来吗？

说的对！ 不过OVH到大陆网络丢包太厉害了。

Please provide full-color photos of the following using the OVHcloudShare app (see instructions below):
    - A **-issued photo ID
    - A picture of the credit card used in the transaction including:
          1. The name matching the listed name in the Manager account, AND
          2. The last 4 digits of the card number
    - A photo of yourself holding the **-issued Photo ID provided above.
ovh要的信息第一个没问题，第二个我用的是浦发虚拟卡，只能给浦发APP的截图，我怕要在这里花时间解释，第三个看起来是要自己拿身份证zp一张，因为有第二点不确定因素在，不太愿意做。综合起来看更多的是我自己的问题

坛里有些大佬给出美西测试IP，我广东电信过去还是挺快的，ping基本在170~185间，路由跳数也不多，看起来还挺好，，我是想拉东西回我的NAS的，就是不知道这个稳不稳。

就要一个身份证，不需要手持吗
