刚收到邮件，服务器要转移升级。
大概内容好像是以下，有错请指正。
openvz升级为kvm
2G内存变3G
1核变2核共享
流入流量不计
流出流量无限变2T
1T硬盘不变
价格不变
主要可能让人不满意的是无限流量变成2T吧。不过我觉得行，反正2T我也用不完。这样可以防止PT的。而且都知道，vps说是无限流量的其实都还是有限的。

- As part of our consolidation of hardware and movement of all our core services to our infrastructure hosted at Telehouse Frankfurt we will be completing a migration/upgrade of our LET Special 1TB Storage servers to the following.
- • 1TB Network Based Redundant Storage

- • KVM HA Environment
- • Full Linux & Windows (BYOL*) Available
- • Unmetered Incoming (T&C)
- • 2TB Outgoing Bandwidth (Applicable from 1/1/2017)

- • Enterprise HP Server Hardware
- • Enterprise nx10Gbps Juniper Backbone
- • Custom Control Panel *Soon*
- • Proxmox Backend
- • /64 IPv6 / VM
- Migrations will be available from 20/11/2016 - 20/12/2016, scheduled at a time & date decided by you, we have the following options available.
- 1. Migration of OpenVZ to KVM with current OS / Data
- We do not suggest this method due to the differences between the backend design of OpenVZ and KVM, however if required we can complete the migration of your VM's OS + Data to a new KVM Shell, this will require minimal re-configuration due to the IP Change in your environment.
- However all applications will continue to work after the migration, and you will continue on the same OS.
- 2. Migration of OpenVZ to KVM with fresh OS + Copy of Data (7 Day Window)
- We suggest this method, allowing both services to operate at the same time allowing a transparent copy of data + applications to your new service and allowing migration of any services to your new VM within a 7 Day Window at your own time / place.
- This will allow you to make a change of OS either to a new Linux Flavour / Edition or to a Windows OS.
- 3. If you don't wish to migrate your service to KVM
- Yearly Payments: Pro-Rota Refund from no later than 20/12/2016.
- Monthly Payments: Service continued till latest billing date (No later than 20/12/2016)
- Please reply with the option you wish to take, and the date and time required for the migration if applicable, if you have multiple LET Storage Special’s you may request a different date & time for the migration.

- 1. Will there be a price increase?
- No prices will continue at the current rate and will be locked with no further price increases, however you can always take the opportunity to move from Monthly to Yearly payments to make further savings.
- 2. Why are you doing this?
- We are working to move all our services away from OpenVZ to KVM to provide a more current and feature rich environment, as well as moving to our own hardware & network to provide a better end to end experience.
- 3. Why the bandwidth cap?
- To continue to provide a high-quality service and to remove any issues of abuse of using our LET Storage services for other purposes other than the designed we will be setting a limit on outgoing bandwidth of the services, incoming continues to be free and unmetered subject to our T&C of banned services & activities.
- 4. Will there be any storage or IOPS Limit?
- No there is no hard storage or IOPS limit, however our storage environment will never allow a single VM to abuse the storage capacity available across the cluster.
