The latency and speed on CN networks really depends on how they route your IPs, CU and CT routes IPs in a round robin manner, some IPs on good uplinks and some IPs on congested links which makes some IPs have good latency than other IPs

It's sad to say we do not have control over this as it's their way of routing

我这边联通线路回程都是动态的，一会儿7M，一会儿100M，所谓的动态回程在我看来就是mc机房限制cn流量，已丢。

我这cc回程202.97到没啥 回到市的时候丢包90%以上 没法用

走美国联通是不错，不过MC可能也动态调整

看机房的，CC只是租户

我测了一下CC，移动走联通219.158.24.134，电信走59.43.182.82，算香？
