买家有十几个瓦工，会不会IP连坐的问题？
两台其中一台是stripe信用卡支付，另一台是paypal支付，但是账单号对不上。

所以还是不用瓦工为妙

瓦工停机，原因paypal争议，发工单瓦工回复：
It looks like you have recently opened a Paypal dispute.
Please note that we are not able to communicate with you via support tickets while there is an open dispute.

Additionally, no services can be provisioned while there is an open dispute. Paypal will not send us the funds even after successful payment review when there is an open dispute.

Once dispute is closed, we can resume communication.

大致意思就是paypal争议，争议结束前，不会处理。

如果瓦工账号对应的IP有风险，被瓦工判定后，后续你用这个IP注册购买/已开通购买，都会被认定为关联账户，无论你是支付宝/PayPal 大概率都会被清退
