Unfortunately a massive DDOS attack targeted this Seoul IP address along several others under the same subnet nullrouting external connections. We're working towards a solution but unfortunately we can't provide an ETA at this time. As an alternative we can migrate this instance to a nearby region (**ei or Tokyo) which would involve an IP change.
