不对，我说的是客户ID
这个好像是账单页面才有的吧？

客服发邮件来说
For an individual account:

- Proof of ID (national ID, passport or driving licence) IMPORTANT: Please also write down your 'NIC HANDLE' on a piece of paper and place it next to the document so that both are visible in the photograph
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), ideally an original PDF file downloaded from your online banking/supplier's website.
