标题: Cloudcone 跑路的节奏 [打印本页] 作者: hxtan 时间: 2026-1-23 09:54 标题: Cloudcone 跑路的节奏 周一在cloudcone 下单了一台年付vps， ssh连不上， 换国外节点也连不上， 于是就删掉了， 然后费用也没退回，发工单不回，再发工单，一个印度客服，说 “We will provide a refund as a one-time courtesy to your account credits to purchase the plan you prefer. Please go ahead and destroy the service to manually refund the invoice to your account. Please note that these funds can not be refunded to your payment source according to our billing terms”
钱是原路退不回了，不过退到余额也可以，等了一天， 没反应再回复工单，另一个阿三“The ticket is currently under the queue for the billing team, and you should receive and update under the ticket the moment the request is processed.”
又过了一天， 还是没反应。
这都周五了，
